return & exchange policy

As our sales are final, there are no return or exchange of purchases outside of the cancellation policy.

cancellation policy

All sales are final. While we have a strict no cancellation policy after an order has been placed, cancellation is possible only under the circumstances of an error where you wish to cancel an order and place another one right after as there are no refund.

Order purchased with Standard Delivery must be cancelled within 6 hours of order being placed.

​

Order purchased with Express Delivery must be cancelled within 30 minutes of the order being placed, as several of our collections are crafted hours before delivery.

​

Total cancellation is only acceptable under the circumstances where our team fails to deliver your gift on the selected date specified on your checkout.

​

If the wrong order has been delivered or delivered to the wrong address – please contact us immediately and our team will rectify right away.
